About Me...
My name is Dan Cooper and I am currently based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. I studied at Wakefield College where I gained a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design. I then decided to look for work and found myself soon after working for Sports Publications based in Cleckheaton. The company produces National Club Golfer and Lady Golfer magazines.
I have a keen eye for detail and am inspired by all sorts of designs I see in my daily life. In the workplace, I have gone from designing adverts for various clients to laying out pages, key features and the front cover. These have been done using software such as Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress, which I am fluent in.
I am always wanting to design things whenever the opportunity comes up. Whether it be posters and flyers for various things, to invitations and cards for social activities amongst friends. If you would like to see some examples of my work, please feel free to browse through the portfolio section.
